lovely suite rooftop pool wonderful staff
The suite was lovely. It felt so romantic!!! the amenities were everything we needed and more. the rooftop pool area was cute, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. all the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
i was disappointed that the gym was not open 24 hours. access was restricted and it was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet had so many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant had a varied menu with lots of options. The service was attentive, and all the dishes were prepared to perfection.

the rooftop pool has comfortable loungers and amazing views. the hotel is close to shopping and many restaurants. there is also a taxi stand right outside the hotel, very convenient for getting around.

disorganized reception long queue
The location proved convenient with the port nearby and the main street a short walk away.
Arriving at 1:30 PM, I found the reception disorganized and busy. I had to wait until 3 PM for my room, and then another 30 minutes in a queue. A more efficient system is necessary.

the breakfast buffet included many options the pastry selection was acceptable
checking in took way too long i had to wait around i was given the wrong room type originally this was frustrating since the room i booked had specific features i wanted they eventually fixed it but it wasted my time
