The suite was lovely. It felt so romantic!!! the amenities were everything we needed and more. the rooftop pool area was cute, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. all the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
i was disappointed that the gym was not open 24 hours. access was restricted and it was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet had so many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries. the restaurant had a varied menu with lots of options. The service was attentive, and all the dishes were prepared to perfection.

the rooftop pool has comfortable loungers and amazing views. the hotel is close to shopping and many restaurants. there is also a taxi stand right outside the hotel, very convenient for getting around.

the location near the marina was very convenient. i could easily walk to shopping areas and the gothic quarter. the hotel was very close to the cruise ship terminal (this made it easy to catch my cruise).
the room offered no option to open a window for fresh air. my view overlooked container and cruise ships. the rooftop pool area was small and shaded (it lacked available sun beds).

the location near the marina was a real plus for me. i enjoyed the convenience to local attractions (easy access to everything!). the staff were very helpful and courteous. the drinks at the tapas bar were delicious too.
I did find that the minibar prices were a bit high. I think it would be more convenient to get drinks elsewhere.

the hotel included a pool and a restaurant on the top floor. hop-on-hop-off bus service stopped right at the hotel. it made sightseeing convenient , like myself, who wanted to explore the area.

The location proved convenient with the port nearby and the main street a short walk away.
Arriving at 1:30 PM, I found the reception disorganized and busy. I had to wait until 3 PM for my room, and then another 30 minutes in a queue. A more efficient system is necessary.
